FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Deposit & Payment Terms
A deposit is due with contract signing to secure your event. A deposit schedule will be established based on your estimated cost. Final payment is due a minimum of 10 business days before the event. Once guarantees are finalized, any balance due shall be collected 72 hours prior to the event.
Linen Colors
We are pleased to offer complimentary black or white linens for your wedding.
Banquet Table Sizes
We are pleased to offer 60 inch rounds for seating up to 8 guests per table or 66 inch rounds for seating up to 10 guests per table.
Tax and Service Charge Fee
All prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of current sales taxes (8.517% and service charge (22%)
Gift Bags
The following prices will apply to any gift bags delivered to guestrooms:
In Room Delivery: $5 per room
Pyrotechnics - Open Flames
We do allow a small ceremony flame. We do not allow any Pyrotechnics or large open Flames in the Ballrooms. We do charge a $1,000 fee for any violations.
Outside Catering
Outside Catering is allowed with approval from your Wedding Event Specialist and we charge an outside per person catering fee. All outside caterers must sign our Outside Caterer Indemnification and Waiver paperwork.
Outside Caterers must provide their own Sternos for Chafing Dishes. Food must be prepared prior to arrival. Usage of the kitchen needs to be approved by your Wedding Specialist.

We do not allow rigging off the ceilings as our rigging points are unusable, everything must be freestanding.

Use the rooming list template to provide us with your guests details. If the rooming list does not contain credit card information, you can send it directly to your Event Manager. If you will include individual credit card numbers for each guest, see your Event Manager for next steps.

Collaborative Diagramming
A collaborative program that helps you and your Event Manager design professional create customized room diagrams and seating to design the best room layouts for your event. You can make your own edits to diagrams to ensure room setups match your vision.
HyRes
Hyatt’s proprietary group reservation process with customized links to allow your guests to book online within the group block. It also gives you the ability to view reports through the Hyatt Planner Portal.
